Sleep Regression

Hi! My LO seems to be going through a sleep regression. He just turned 3 months but went from sleeping 5-7 hours back down to 3 at most and mostly 1-1.5 hours at a time. We are going through our second week of this. I am just hoping someone may have some suggestions or tips to help him through this? Thanks in advance!
