When to test?

Had sex June 15 my ovulation window started the 17th. I started spotting on the 21 and hasn’t stopped. I’m only 7dpo now but I’m experiencing a little morning sickness , I’ve been moody and I’m tired a lot. Idk if it’s from stress or what. Any advice
