Pimple or a cold sore? 😩
Never had a cold sore in my life. Woke up with this… not sure it’s a pimple or a cold sore? It doesn’t tingle but it hurts. I’ll be honest I squeezed it and clear liquid came out. Can’t see a head to it. I I’ve been putting both abreeva and pimple stuff on it because I just have no idea but I want it gone.
