Is this a new pregnancy after miscarriage

I’ve been bleeding since my miscarriage 6/7 weeks ago still am now but it’s less then a period sometimes spotting on n off (very confusing) but had positive hpt an confirmed urine test by my doctors today an cause of this there sending me for a dating scan she also asked what I wanted to do continue with pregnancy or the other which I’m totally against I’m jus very confused any one else been in the same vote also my bleeding isn’t a normal bleed it’s stringy more a little like discharge dark red/ brownish in Color jus so anxious
