BBT Confirming Ovulatiom?
Hi! I’ve tried to read about this but I’m getting conflicting results so I thought I’d ask on here.
Can you rely on BBT to CONFIRM ovulation? I’ve read that your temp can still increase and stay elevated even if ovulation didn’t occur. But I’ve also read that a rise in temp does confirm ovulation.
Any thoughts?
