18 dpo, cd 33, implantation spotting or period?

Hello everyone! Wondering if y’all can give me some advice! According to my Glow analytics I should’ve ovulated on June 12 2022 and my last period was May 29 2022. I’ve had very mild symptoms from nipple tingling, slightly sore around breasts and even under my arms, faint darkening (almost purplish) around areolae, lower abdominal cramps, occasional headaches, raised bbt around 0.5 degrees F and increased acne. We DTD on June 9 and 10, but he pulled out both times. It’s now 18 days past ovulation and cycle day 33. My cycle is typically a regular 28 days, but every now and then it can be a couple days sooner or a couple days later. Usually my cramping is much longer and more painful during my period but not with this spotting. Could this be implantation bleeding? Also I took a test at 14 dpo and 16 dpo both BFN.
