Viral rash? Or something else

Does anyone know what kind of rash this is?  CAnt see my doctor now untill after the weekend. Baby has been a bit fussy and his poops have been a bit runnier. Other then that he seems ok. No fever present.

Possibly a contact rash, hest rash or yes if hes dick a viral rash. Have you done the glass test? If you hold a clear glass up to the rash and gently press it should fade with the pressure of the glass, if its still there and just as vibrant under the glass it needs emergency attention.
