Pregnant after a miscarriage

Hi every one I had a private scan on the 8 th may after I did a hpt a week before only to find that when I went for a scan he said there was no baby/ looked more like fluid then a gestation sac so started bleeding a week later on the 15 th may the bleed was normal then slowed down I am still bleeding 6/7 weeks after but it’s more like spotting now I’ve done a few hpt all positive and doctors sample also positive I went for scan yesterday an had blood work done they found a gestation sac on scan an also My levels are 99 first lot .. I’ve jus don’t a weeks clear blue and it’s say 1/2 weeks I conceived so is it possible it’s a new pregnancy jus to early to see any think on the scan
