Anyone else working from home with toddler kids under 5
I just started a new job and fortunately its remote 4 days out of the week and I just start my training on Wednesday and my god...I'm going to get fired before I even officially start. Between the kids wanting and needing my attention and trying to keep up with the training material online with my trainer all day I'm scared I'm going to screw up once I go live. Its a Healthcare customer service job with an abundance of applications and jargon to learn and I'm a quick learner but with my boys in the mix I'm barely able to take notes or keep up with live practice given. I'm planning on getting my 2 year old in daycare before I officially start and my 4 year old in camp before kindergarten starts but oh my word...my home work life balance is off already...my 2 year old already united my mic once today and I didn't realize it for a good 5 minutes so everyone heard them being kids in the background...ugh lol I so wish the stay at home mom life would have worked out for me but I have to work and its a great opportunity. I just hope everything sorts itself out and I find a balance for myself and my family. Everyones on edge right now. Anyway, tell me I'm not the only one going through this right now and happy 4th of July holiday weekend everyone :)
