Does plan b work?

I heard some people still got pregnant on it. But I  took the pill a couple hours after sex and idk if I was ovulating or not. Am I safe?

if only works if you haven’t ovulated yet. the point of plan b is to stop you from ovulating and dropping an egg. if the egg has already been dropped there’s nothing that can be done

If you weigh more than 150lbs it doesn’t work as well. It doesn’t work at all if you’ve already ovulated. So no, you’re not “safe”. But at this point you’ve don’t what you can do and you’ll have to wait it out. Your odds will be better or worse depending on where you were in your cycle. Good luck.

For the most part yes it works. But there always the chance of getting pregnant. And yes many women have plan b babies. So if your period is late take a test. But remember it can also throw you off for a few months
