Acne and heartburn before BFP?

Question

I NEVER get acne, not since I was a freshman in HS about 10 years ago. I broke out on my chin like never before and I’ve been having heartburn that will not go away even with the help of an antacid. 
Anyone else been in a similar situation and got their BFP? 
I’ve been trying not to symptom spot and I’m two days out to AF. 
Any advice or personal experiences are welcome! TYIA

I normally get a few pimples around my t-zone a few days leading to my period but before I got my BFP I noticed I was breaking out like never before: a few chin/jawline pimples and SO many on my chest. I usually get one or two randomly but this time they were simply everywhere!!
The chest acne is what really made me suspicious that it may not be from my period coming. That and shortness of breath at night and morning while in bed. Those were my two symptoms. Crossing my fingers for you!
