I don’t see anything? Help pls 🙏

Have endo and PCO. I’m around a week past first missed period day so roughly 3wks dpo.

I feel a lot like the first time I fell (which sadly ended in mc at 7-8wks) zero spotting, sore and constantly hard nips but no BFP on the tests I’ve done over last few days. Took 2 this morning and I just can’t see anything so I dunno whats going on. Help?! TIA for anyone that weighs in.
