There is a line there, retest in a few days. As for opk's I too got all negative from CD8 to CD 16, I used the properly- tested 2 times a day from CD 11 to CD 13 ( when I think I ovulated). And I got a strong  BFP on Friday,  at what I think is 13 dpo.

Did you continue testing after CD15 as the app is not always 100% and you could have ovulated later. You have between CD 14-21 if you have a regular 28 day cycle to ovulated, it becomes late ovulation after that date.
