My cycle has always been regular

I had a tr in March of last yr

Then I had a hsg test done on Oct of last yr

And I was told my tubes are blocked and I would need <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> moving forward my cycles has always been regular

And my cycle was suppose on Saturday usually my period come a day or 2 early but today I very light spotting that was brownish only when wiping didn’t have to use a panty liner or anything and then it stopped!!! What could be going on have anyone experienced something like this before?
