POO PIC: dark gray??

Question

This poop definitely looks dark gray to me. No change in diet, she is 4mo and takes Gerber good start gentle pro (has for 2 months). I have a visit scheduled Tuesday but I’m wondering if I should take her to urgent care before then? Thoughts?

***UPDATE: pediatrician said the gray looks like it’s due to undigested formula and suggested switching to  a soy formula as well as starting prune juice for constipation.

Is it dark gray or dark green? I can’t really tell. If it is gray and baby isn’t eating or trying baby foods/cereals, then I’d say to call your pediatrician. If it’s dark green, then its normal because the iron from the formula can poop to be green.

Have you introduced solids? This would be a sign that babes digestive system isn’t ready for solids. 
If not, just message your pediatrician. I wouldn’t say this is an emergency.
