Tender boob help
Tonight my boobs feel super engorged like rock hard when they have a lot of milk close to feeding but this was after a feed. I went upstairs to pump and hardly got anything out but they still feel hard/really uncomfortable. Is this normal and does anyone have any advice on how to relieve it? 😩
