Breast milk

So ever since I’ve had my baby she’s a (month now ) I have not been able to produce great milk enough for her to get full (she’s eating 3-4 ounces now ) and the most I produce is 2 ounces I’ve tried all types of things to produce more but I just don’t think , I’m still trying now even if I don’t see it working I don’t wanna give up , as for right now I am also giving my baby formula to help fill her up so she can eat right and get full , but she’s not wanting the formula anymore , she’s starting to not want it but my mom still producing breast milk even tho she stopped breastfeeding, she produces very good and a lot of breast milk have you guys fed your babies with someone else breast milk ?
