Morning after pill

Hello there,

I usually get my period at the middle of the month but my boyfriend and I have had sex (protected) but unfortunately our contraceptive has failed. My last period was the 28th May, I had to get the morning after pill after this date again during middle other cycle and I got my next period just on 16th June, this week my boyfriend and I were having sex (was protected) but unfortunately I ended up having some vomiting and Diarreha. I went to my doctor and she put me on Ella one and said if I was sick again to get it again incase didnt absorb (even tho I’m not on my regular cycle but by using the previous dates it’s showing I’m ovulating this week) I had to do Lestrovegel (another MAP) cause sadly I did vomit after Ella one, I did ask my doc for emergency coil but she couldn’t do. Anyways I’ve been still taking my normal pill (she has instructed me to continue) but the nausea is shocking since I took the 2nd Different brand MAP.

*please please don’t be judging me we are always always safe it’s just we had a contraception failure - first time happening*

When we did have sex unprotected (we thought was covered by pill) he did pull out in time and also we have worn condoms since!

Just worried nausea could be start me becoming pregnant. (Also the doctor has put me on a new pill so not 100% sure how effective it is yet)

We had sex exactly 1 week ago today, I’m sure I would have implantation bleeding by now if I was ovulating last week?
