Corpus luteal cyst?

I got my report today for my ultrasound and it says I have a corpus luteal cyst on my left ovary I didn’t have one with my last pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage is this good thing to have ? I’ve saw that it can help sustain the pregnancy very early on ?

They are completely normal in pregnancy. 
They develop on the ovary your egg dropped from! 
Most of the time they dissolve on their own. 
Occasionally they continue to grow and can burst. If this happens, there is no harm to baby and you likely will need some good pain meds. 
Overall, most women get one when they fall pregnant.

I think many people see “cyst” and panic and assume it’s bad. It’s actually good and helps support the pregnancy with necessary hormones before the placenta takes over.

They are completely normal in pregnancy, and less than 2% pose a risk or cause issues. Around 80% of pregnancies have that cyst. Its a good sign to see it. Its progesterone basically in a cyst form but it will go away on its own

Please don’t listen to the comments telling you this is bad, risky, and needs to be watched. This is a completely normal part of pregnancy and less than 2% cause any issues.

I think they sometimes will use cyst vs follicle w a corpus luteal—after ovulation/implanting I think the corpus luteum is what gives off the progesterone in helping to sustain pregnancy. Don’t quote me though 🤔 Obviously if real bad pain or something change call your dr
