3 weeks PP

This is a support group so please no judgement..

I’m 3 weeks PP and I know 4-6 weeks of no sex is a recommendation but I gave in and all day I’ve been having bright red bleeding again after I haven’t had hardly any the last week besides clear mucus and maybe a tad light pink/brown mucus but barely any. Has anyone else experienced this? or should I be concerned.

Yes I’m aware , I should have waited the 4-6 weeks instead of 3 but I listened to the Mayo Clinic on google & justified that it would be okay 🤣
