Breastfeeding linked to chemical pregnancy?

Any moms have their AF back and still bf their 18 month olds…gotten a BFP and it ended in an early chemical pregnancy? I have an appointment with my OB tomorrow. I wonder if my fertility isn’t 100% back yet…hence why implantation failed?
