I’m so sorry that this happened to you too. I lost my baby about a month ago and I wish I had the recipe on how to deal, but unfortunately all you can do is be patient with yourself. The initial shock is absolutely devastating. It’ll get slightly better, but at least I still have my days when things are really really hard. Yesterday I was feeling so hopeless that I just wanted to be in bed and cry all day. At least for me it comes in waves, and the waves can last 2-3 days of being different shades of miserable. Then I have a few days when things are ok and then the cycle goes on again. I agree that it’s different for everyone, so just allow for those feelings to come up and then notice what seems to help or what doesn’t. I find being with people helps me, even though I don’t really want to see anyone when I’m really sad. Exercise helps too.
