Do you have to take a prenatal? I’ve tried a few different brands and I either immediately throw them up or get so nauseous😅

Same only one I can stomach I found wen I was pregnant with my second now my third is the natures bounty prenatal gummies they have no after taste and no vitamin taste I can eat them on an empty stomach if I had to with no issues.

No you don’t. I couldn’t take prenatals in my last two pregnancies due to extreme morning sickness, and both do my babies still measured two weeks ahead. Just eat right and you will be fine!

I take my prenatal during the night. I don’t do it as I go to bed but usually I take it during my first trip to the bathroom since that happens all night long. 😅

You don’t necessarily need to take a prenatal as long as you’re maintaining a well balanced diet. Most medical professionals will say you need to because your baby is taking in a lot that regular diet doesn’t provide. Iron (ferrous) is typically what will make a stomach turn upside down and help cause constipation (even when you’re not pregnant). It varies in amounts between different brands of prenatals. Which is why some women tolerate one better than the other. Making sure a little something is in your stomach before hand is key to keep your stomach settled when taking a prenatal with higher amounts of iron in it. Hope this helps!

I vitamins also make me feel really nauseous. I’ve been taking Ritual prenatal vitamins and they don’t make me feel sick at all!
