UTI issue

Update: I have a Kinsey stone in my left kidney. Just lovely. They monitored me for awhile to make sure that my uterus wasn’t too irritated and having contractions. But the baby looks good, all my blood work was normal minus a couple of low points from not eating enough yesterday, and my urine was completely clear. I got to go home and was told to come back if the pain got worse, I couldn’t pee, or if something was off with he pregnancy such as low fetal movement or signs of labor itself.

So I think I have a UTI. I had one at 31 weeks pregnant. I took the antibiotics and finished them all. I’m 34 weeks today and I’m showing the symptoms still. Only now I’m also dealing with pain in my left mid back area around the bottom of my ribs. I wonder if the meds didn’t clear the infection and now it’s progressing to a kidney issue instead. This would be the second kidney infection this pregnancy and third UTI too. I’ve emailed and tried calling my doctor but no one is answering. I’m debating on just calling labor and delivery instead because maybe they might answer. But I have to wait for someone to come home first to take care of my older two kids in case they want me to come in. I’m cramping like crazy and my lower back is on fire. I’ve taken Tylenol and it worked for about 30 minutes. But it’s not helping anymore. I took an at home UTI test and it came up positive, which I sent to my doctor. I just wish they would answer.
