Are my flanges to big? (TMI photo)

So I been using 27mm flanges they seem to be working but I don’t know, I keep hearing that if it’s to small or to big you won’t get as much much, when I do my automatic pump I get about 3 to 4 oz but I still feel full so I have to do manual pump till I see no drips that’s when I feel better but is it a good size or should I go smaller top photo is before pumping and bottom is after

I could be wrong for sure but I actually think you need a larger size flange

May be slightly big but also looks like your nipples are elastic like mine🤦🏼‍♀️ I literally hate it if your nipple does keep stretching they have sheilds you can use that help. Mine eventually stretch so much milk would stop coming out and I had to have the shield to keep it going to empty my breasts or I would be miserable a hour after

To me it looks like you might have elastic nipples and I would try sizing down to see how that does for you, or using pumping cushions like BeauGen which you can get on amazon.
