Is it okay to stop temping after confirmed ovulation?

Is it okay to stop temping after confirmed ovulation? It’s really starting to stress me out at 9dpo because I don’t even wanna test til AF is due and now I’m just analyzing every temp each day this point. There really is no significance to temping after confirmed ovulation(3dpo) right?

Answer

In order to get accurate data long term you need to continue temping even outside of ovulation.  This allows you to gather baseline information that over time you can start to notice trends and changes. However,  if it's too stressful then don't do it. Ttc is hard and sometimes we need to just not do All these things.
