Hi mamas, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this. I’ve suffered from panic disorder my whole life but lately it’s gotten unbearable to the point where I have panic attacks every day that seem to come on randomly. It’s debilitating to live this way so I’m starting medication soon to be the best version of myself for my daughter who just turned 6 months. Has anyone else overcame anxiety with medication or has some sort of success story to share? Feeling hopeless 😞
