Must have items for baby registry

Mommas what are your must have items that you have to have for a new baby?

We already have all of the big stuff (car seat, stroller, play pen, crib, and high chair). We have been picking up clothes as I find good deals on them. Also have to add this is our first girl after 3 boys, otherwise I wouldn’t have a baby shower but my sil wants to throw one and my hubs said he’s not going to turn it down. So I’m trying to figure out what to add to my registry besides socks, diapers, and wipes 😂
