So I'm moving in with my sister for a couple months and she's been complaining that her neighbors don't take care of her stuff when they ask her to borrow it.

She says they give it back dirty and they don't have a washer and dryer so she's been helping them out with the one in her house. But she said when they were done it smelled like piss in the washer. (They have no kids and I'm not sure about pets).

Anyways she doesn't like how inconsiderate they are and she's too nice to say anything and she's pregnant so she's had her moments where she cried easily.

What would you say to them? I feel like if we were to say something about them giving back stuck dirty and leaving the washer smelling like pee they would get all defensive and i want to avoid that cause honestly we just want to let them know they can't use it anymore and that's it.

But what exactly would y'all say?
