Light spotting 7 weeks pregnant

Hello, I am 7 weeks pregnant and had ultrasound at 6 weeks showing everything going good. I just had some light pink spotting when I wipe but no pain. I have a Dr's appointment scheduled for next Friday but now scared need to go in early to make sure not having a miscarriage. Has anyone dealt with this?
