Hi everyone I really need some advice or if anyone has experienced this please comment on here :(

I was 7wks 5days pregnant when I went in for a ultrasound, baby measured 6wks 1day had a heartbeat of 130 and HCG levels were at 71,065 that day. I’m now supposed to be 10wks 5days but since baby was measuring a week behind I’m 9wks 1day pregnant, I had a hcg test done since I’ve had recurring missed miscarriages. My hcg came back at 17,685. Am I miscarrying again or is it normal to drop considering how far along I am? 🥺 if anyone has any advice or experienced something like this please comment 🥺
