Put themselves to sleep
Does anyone start to train the bub to put themselves to sleep?
My son is 4months and at times he wakes up in 45mins and them look around and goes back to sleep. I tried it when he is sleepy but he refused to sleep and wanted to rock him. Sleep was broken so it took a long time to get him settle to sleep.
