Vulva redness / stinging

I’ve been having stinging sensation down there for over a month and very red went to gyno and tested for infections and stds everything came back negative . She prescribed me triamcinolone been using it for 10 days already . Redness does not go down and stinging sensation is still present , contacted obgyn online and says I might have vulvar dermatitis I don’t know how to get rid of this 😔
