?Ectopic shoulder pain

To those who have had an ectopic pregnancy. Did you have any shoulder pain? If yes where exactly was it? I have had full cramping that switches sides my whole pregnancy so far, when I stretch I feel like I could be round ligament pain but maybe it’s not? And both my shoulder have this dull pain on and off a couple times a day, but I also am a huge overthinker and could be putting it all in my own head. Thoughts? This is my second pregnancy, my first is almost 2!
