BV No Sex?

Pretty sure I have BV but I haven’t had sex in over a month and I definitely don’t douche. Are there any other ways to contract BV?

It's just an imbalance of good and bad bacteria found in the vagina which can be disrupted by alot more things other than sex such as douching, not changing feminine hygiene products frequently enough, wiping from back to front, sweating in clothing down there for too long or even just down to the soap you may have used

You don't contract it. It's not an STI. Something has thrown off your pH and that allows the normal bacteria in the genital tract to grow out of control.

You can get it from just having a PH imbalance, so even something simple like a change of diet, switching your body wash, or even wearing certain kind of underwear
