Weird spotting!

I thought I was around 6 weeks pregnant but midwives day around 4.5weeks

On Friday morningI went to the loo and had red/brownish blood when I wiped. Never got anything else until late afternoon where the same thing happened.

Called my midwife and she said it could just be implantation bleeding. If it’s not filling a pad try not to worry.

Saturday I had nothing but maybe a tiny bit of brown discharge

Now this morning (Sunday) I ve had the brown/red blood again when I wiped.

I m obviously thinking the worst everytime but I just think it’s weird that it’s only when I wipe then it stops completely

Has anyone else had anything similar? I still feel pregnant and have all my symptoms x
