Chicken pox ? Flea bites ?

I know this isn’t pregnancy related but my daughter for the past 3 days has been complaining about itching and every day more bumps like this appear . My husband and I thought maybe it was just mosquito bites but they way she is scratching and they appear bigger makes me think otherwise . What do flea bites look like ? We have a dog but she is always put up away from my daughter 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m starting to think it’s chicken pox 🤦🏽‍♀️

Could be molluscum contagiosum, which is viral.

Flea comb the dog and see if it has fleas. If they are fleas it won't matter if the dog is away from here there will be in the house...carpet, bedding, blankets, etc...and will be able to bite.  Chickenpox usually is gonna be a lot of spots over the whole body. They fill with clear fluid then 4-10 days after they form will burst and scab over. But chicken pox is gonna have usually less of apatite, high fever, being super tired. They look more like a bug bite to me...top 3 options I'd say are flea, bed bug or ant. You can always take a picture and send it to the doctor and see if they know. But seeing if the dog has fleas is an easy 1st step to maybe getting a fast answer.
