Hey! I’m really confused to be honest but hoping for a sticky baby!!

I tested with a strip test on the off chance at 9dpo (cycle day 19 - I ovulated super early). I really wasn’t expecting anything because it was so early. I dipped the test and two lines showed up straight away and pretty dark. I thought it was odd so used a frer a couple of hours later and two lines popped up straight away, super super dark. Did a clear blue with weeks the next morning and it said ‘pregnant 2-3 weeks’ which is obviously conception date so either my hcg is super high or something weird is going on. How is it this high already at not even 3 weeks?? So crazy!!
