Send help- Lice!

What is your go-to routine for lice? We are BROKE, I can’t afford to buy a bunch of stuff and hope that some of it will work. I’m literally having the worst time mentally with this, if it’s not one thing it’s another. We have a $4000 mechanic bill, got diagnosed with Covid, and now I found lice in my daughters hair all in one week. I’m so overwhelmed. Please help. Also please don’t be rude, I really won’t be able to handle it.
