Sharp pain bottom of bump 34 weeks pregnant

I bent over slightly to take something out of the oven earlier and got the most sharp horrible pain in my lower tummy I let out a yelp it was so bad!! I haven’t had anything else since or any bleeding should I call midwife or get checked over or is it just another one of these pregnancy things. TIA 🙂
