Hey ladies. I need help and advice

Now when I first started sleeping with new partner coming up to a year ago I never had any issues with sex. I got the implant in to avoid any unwanted new pregnancys in February 2022 this year and everything was fine. For the last month maybe month and a half everytime we have sex I bleed and I don't mean just a little spot it's like a new period has started everytime and can continue for days!

I am really worried and also a little embarrassed that I have to say oh now I'm bleeding again I don't pain during sex and i wouldn't say weee rough he has started to feel guilty saying maybe I'm being to Rough but I really don't feel he is!

My mum had to have a full hysterectomy for womb cancer at an early age and I can't stop worrying I will call the Dr's tomorrow.

Do you think i need to go into panic mode? I can't sleep at night with this in my head. Also my bleeding after sex has some clotting to it!
