Help?! Not sure what’s happening 😬

I got my BFP at 9dpo and my temps have been quite high (around 37degrees) and today is 14dpo (expected AF) and I had a significant temp drop (0.22). I have had a cold since 9dpo and had a significantly blocked nose last night that I breathed through my mouth. I took my temp probs 40-60mins earlier as I woke up early. These are my line progressions. I feel like there isn’t much line progression since 12 dpo. With my first I would have had dye stealers by now. Should I be worried? my temp never went this down with my first 😫 Has anyone had a significant temp drop and had a successful pregnancy? I don’t have any symptoms besides being tired but not sure if that’s because of my cold 🤷🏽‍♀️
