10 dpo today

Y’all help me out here 😫 I’m 10 dpo today and swore I was out because nothing. Then boom around 2am u went pee and wiped and was spotting. Went to sleep and it’s now darker but still not as heavy as my usual bleeding (at all). But the cramps in my back and down there are killing me 😫 then I look it up and 10-14 dpo is the most common days to bleed. So I gave in and tried to take a test but little to nothing came up. I will keep testing but are these faints or faults because I’m so confused if I’m not why my periods are all the sudden outta wack 🥺
