Test line shows up but no control line

I realized i was pregnant in May because my ovulation tests kept coming back positive when i was supposed to get my period. I had a miscarriage on June 8. I ovulated on June 19-24, im 1 week late and my ovulation tests came positive again. Im having the same symptoms as my first pregnancy except for the vomiting. Decided to test today and the text line showed up immediately but no control line. Should I consider it as positive???
