Red bump down there?!

So I woke up with a small red bump on my vagina lips near the end towards my butt. It hurts a little. But I’m a virgin and haven’t done anything sexually at all. I haven’t shaved in about 2 months. I was just on my period and wear pads, could it be a bump from the pad rubbing?
