Hey all, I was given progesterone 200mg oral from ovulation to AF this cycle. I have weird "spotting" about 5 days prior to Af, which is really just blood in CM. One of those, who knows, let's try this in case you have a luteal defect.

I'd appreciate any feedback on effects from progesterone. I'm 10dpo, had light blood in cm at 9dpo and very crampy today. Does progesterone make cramping worse? I guess I'm surprised if it's supposed to stop my AF.
