My wife and I are new to Glow and sort of new to ttc. We’ve been researching for months now but didn’t start tracking until recently as my wife had an IUD up until this week. We decided to find a donor that lives a few states away and plan to have our first insemination within the next month. We’re tracking her temperature in the morning and night, doing a few spontaneous opk tests until we find out where in her cycle she is, and she’s taking prenatals. My wife’s more of the - okay let’s just get the sperm and have a baby whilst I’m the one insisting on tracking and planning. She’s definitely willing to do it, just needs a little nudge lol. I’ve done enough research to know the science that goes into this. I want us to have the best odds possible.
I think we’re on the right track, but my main question is concerning the syringe. Is Mosie baby worth it? Especially for those insemination with a “live” donor where we will be inseminating back to back over the span of a few days? The success stories are great and very convincing! Im happy it’s worked for so many people. I’m just thinking of how we can do this without spending the money on potentially 6+ mosie syringes.
Any advice and tips are greatly appreciated! I’m so grateful there’s a community available for us.
