Need help! Ladies with experience

Soooo I’m 14 months pp and haven’t had a period yet I don’t think. About a week ago I had bleeding (light but red) and lots of discharge for a single day. Cramps, bloating, all of the PMS symptoms. I got so excited.

But the next day it was gone?? But ever since then I’ve been bloating super bad eating the foods I normally eat. And then today, I had a big gush of discharge (liquid with some thick white) that soaked through my underwear and pants. pregnancy test says negative right now.

I’m so confused!! Any insight? Experience?
