Back pain from hell
I messed up something in my back and it hurts so badly. Laying down even sitting up hurts like hell. I have tried hot baths, heating pad, pain meds, ice and hot patches and just trying to rest my body. Can anyone give me some advice to help with the pain till my back muscle or tendnt is healed?
