Anyone else suffer with health anxiety? I'm on antidepressants for this but I feel as if it's consuming my life again.

I was. For the first 3 years of my sons life, we only ate organic/vegan foods. I’ve finally gave myself less restrictions and now we eat whatever is vegetarian. The freedom is nice. Trying to calm the thoughts about possibility of cancer and other stuff has been hard though.

It’s started since Covid for me.  Just pay way too much attention to every little thing happening to my body.  I just tell myself my body is doing just what it’s suppose to and I just trust the process. It’s so hard.
